Third Party Mobile Verification

Pintegrity is a Third Party PIN verification service that you can quickly integrate into any online payment gateway which simply lets you provide evidence to any regulatory body that a consumer took verifiable actions either within a payment gateway or to authorise a premium SMS payment or subscription.

Pintegrity has two basic variations. A 'Pay For It' variant that can be used by Mobile Payment Aggregators who have Direct Operator Billing connections with Cellular Mobile Networks. At present, in the UK, only EE require 'third party PIN verification' but two part authorisations are becoming commonplace within online activity and we think the other Networks will follow EE's lead.

The second variant is an SMS based solution which can be used to verify premium subscriptions, premium alert services and one off premium SMS payments.

How Does it Work?

Direct Operator Billing Variant

This is an API based solution that can be quickly deployed into your existing PFI infrastructure.

At the point of payment the user is asked to 'Get Payment PIN'.
A button click by the user triggers an API call to Pintegrity presenting the users MSISDN/Alias using a JSON payload.
Pintegrity responds with a PIN which is displayed on the User's handset either within the PFI GUI or, if desired, it can be sent as an SMS.
The User is asked to enter the PIN.
An API call is then made to Pintergrity to verify the PIN
PIN is verified or rejected

All API requests relating to a MSISDN within Pintegrity are securely held and a JSON request via the API can pull back all the relevant data pertaining to that MSISDN/Alias. Pintegrity also has its own administration web portal that can be used to query transaction records.

Premium Mobile Website Variant

This is an API based solution that can be quickly deployed into your website or dedicated mobile website or indeed any app that requires an additional layer of verification.

At the point of confirmation/payment/subscription the user is asked to 'Get Security PIN'.
A button click by the user triggers an API call to Pintegrity presenting the users MSISDN/Alias and a 'campaign key' using a JSON payload.
Pintegrity responds with a PIN which is sent to the User's handset as an SMS. The 'campaign key' ensures that customers with multiple websites or apps respond via SMS with a dedicated reply message. This also ensures end users cannot utilise PINs for different sites.
The User is asked to enter the PIN on the webpage/app.
An API call is then made to Pintergrity to verify the PIN/campaign
PIN/campaign is verified or rejected

Not just a PIN Service for Premium Payments
