Square 1 Communictions Consumer Complaint Policy

This guide is for consumers who have a complaint or concern about our Premium Rate Numbers and Services.

 

This complaint code gives you all the information you need if you want to raise a complaint with Square1 about a service.

 

If you want to make a complaint please provide as much information as you can as to the nature of the complaint and which Premium Rate Number and/or service you are complaining about.

We can investigate the following: 

● Queries/Complaints on calls to Premium Rate Numbers 

● Service Levels and Standards for Premium Rate Numbers  

● Service Charge ppm or per call as this is set by SQ1 for Premium Rate Numbers 

 

We cannot deal with 

o Access Charge (only) - this part of the call charge goes to your phone  provider and is charged as a pence per minute cost. Your phone provider will be able  to tell you how much the access charge was for any calls to our Premium Rate  Numbers. Your access charge should be made clear on your telephone bill or when  you took out your contract with your telephone provider.
