60109 is a mobile information service, sent following a call to an Information, Connection & Signposting Service (ICSS) operated by either Customer Calls Ltd or Caller Centre Ltd on a 09 premium rate telephone number. The customer pays a one-off charge via 60109 for company information they requested to be sent to their handset using SMS. The £6 charge is made up of two messages charged at £3 each.

Customer Calls Ltd and Caller Centre Ltd provide easy to use UK based Information, Connection and Signposting Services (ICSS) which are registered with and regulated by the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) who are the UK regulator for content, goods and services charged to a phone bill.
