A: If you record your own content on our voice services, you will be given a pin number which will allow you to access a message box by dialing an 0870 national rate number. If you have ever personalised the greeting on your mobile phones' voice mail service, you will already be familiar with a similar process. It is also possible to upload files recorded on your PC directly into our message boxes. Q: When will I get paid? A: All revenues are paid 35 days after month end. For instance, revenues from traffic generated in January are paid on the 5th working day of March. We provide a revenue statement for the January traffic on the 10th working day of February and ask that you then invoice us the stated amount before month end. Q: How do I know I will get paid? A: Square1 Communications is a profitable company, run by honest, up front, hardworking people. Our own network provider is Opal Telecommunications Limited, which is part of The Carphone Warehouse group. While this does not guarantee you payment, it at least provides peace of mind that your revenues sit with solvent, reputable organisations. Q: Can I route a premium rate number to my mobile phone? A: No, you cannot. All live services in the UK require a live licence granted by ICSTIS, who are the regulatory body who oversee premium rate services in this country. Even if you are granted a premium rate licence to run services such as live technical support, you will still require a dedicated land line on which to terminate your premium rate number. Q: How long does it take to set up my service? A: If your service is one of our standard products, it takes 5 working days. If we are building a bespoke service, it can take a little longer depending on our work schedules. |
