DATA CAPTURE If you require help in managing a large volume of calls into your call centre, Square1 provide a Data Capture service so you don't miss any of those important enquiries. The service allows you to set up a series of questions that your customer responds to by leaving voice recordings on our IVR. For example, callers responding to a promotion may leave their name, address and telephone number. This information is then readily available as we can provide a Data Capture service that can deliver callers information directly to your inbox via email. Once the caller has left their message(s) the file is attached to the email, and sent to an address you specify. This is ideal for quick collection of data in a permanent manner. Again, if you require quick access to your information we can also stream the audio directly to your PC. When a caller has left a message, an email is generated with a link to our IVR. When clicked, this link will play the audio out directly over your PC speakers. POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS
TRANSCRIPTION AND OTHER SERVICES Our IVR service can capture an unlimited amount of information without the need for a live operator. This service is ideal for promotional leaflet or brochure requests.
